It is SO refreshing to be treated like a valued customer by a small business, and that was my experience today at Plano Custom Jewelers. I had a very simple request of re-sizing a new watch I had recently purchased online, and Brian was so accommodating and professional, taking care of me quickly and with such a friendly attitude - I will be using them for all of my jewelry needs - because if they do the little things well, I know they do the big things with excellence too! And hey, it fits!

Exceptional experience working with Gia and Willy! We had custom wedding bands made and could not be happier with the end results! Everyone is so friendly and patient. They really take the time to explain things to you, and also listen to your feedback/concerns. Not once did we ever feel like we were being rushed, or just another “number”. Highly recommend!

It was such a nice experience! Nancy and Justin were so sweet and helpful. I went in for a buffing of a ring I needed an engraving removed from and she kept us company and it ended up being immediate and free of charge. I will 100% come back if I need anything else, and my ring looks better than ever!

It was a Saturday afternoon and I walked in and Nancy helped me immediately. I had a broach (costume jewelry) with beautiful crystals that I get tons of compliments when I wear it on my winter coat. It consists of two different pieces connected by a small metal ring and the metal ring broke. I went to a craft store and bout a new ring but I don't have the dexterity to fix the broach myself. Nancy's jeweler was able to fix it on the spot and did even charge me for the repair. Who does that it this day and age!? I love small independent businesses!! Thank you Nancy and her jeweler.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I brought my jewelry in for repair and cleaning, and they did an amazing job! Each piece looks brand new again — the shine and detail are incredible. The staff was friendly, professional, and took great care of my items. They finished the work quickly and exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future jewelry repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Willy for fixing a custom ring for my daughter with her existing stone and added a few diamonds and it turned out fantastic. I also picked up a used Rolex black submariner in excellent shape and he has also sized a couple watches for me and I couldn’t be happier. All of the staff was great and I’d recommend to any and all!

My watch had an issue, I came in and they assessed it and repaired it, and when it happened again they took care of for me at no extra cost. Kind people doing a great job! Recommend them if you want someone to help and explain things.

I stopped by here to have my rings that I inherited from my mother, cleaned! Gia helped me out and was Very Friendly! I appreciate her service and will be back again to get the rings sized down.
